BDJ Box Beauty Social | Tres Chic!

I have always been a fan of the BDJ Box events as well as the BDJ Fair. I was really happy to have been able to attend the first BDJ Box event this year named Tres Chic. I truly think I am turning into a BDJ addict!

I also made sure to invite beauty fanatics like myself to register for the event. I love how it is so easy to do so, since all they require is that you send an email with your top 3 choices for the beauty talks and answer their beauty question, then pray you receive the confirmation! There are times when the seats for the beauty talks fill up so fast!

BDJ Box Tres Chic was held at The Samsung Hall at SM Aura last March 22. Although a little far from me, I didn't want to miss out on one of the biggest beauty events.

One of my talks was with BDJ Box's Beauty Ministry, I so fell in love with Barbi Chan! She was totally down-to-earth, bubbly and game for all the questions! I was a little sad that I wasn't able to ask a question though.

After the talk, I went around the booths. I felt that The Samsung Hall didn't really give justice to the event, it was dimly lit and I just couldn't get a signal for data inside the hall itself. Anyhow, here are some of the booths:

Ellana Mineral Cosmetics showcased their mineral blushes and were giving out samples.

Canmake Tokyo had a booth full of testers and were raffling off prizes.

Moschino had such a pretty booth that you could have your photo taken at.

Benefit Cosmetics also had a photo booth and allowed you to sample their PoreFessional powder.

There were several other booths like Canon, Revlon, Max Factor, Bifesta, PAC cosmestics, Cover Girl and Too Cool For School.

In all honesty, although the event was highly successful and that I like the age diversity from teenagers to mommies, I really felt that it could have done much better, if I am to compare it to the last BDJ Box event I attended which was the BDJ Box Beauty Social #makeithappen. There was more booths, more activities and the location was so more lively.

Don't get me wrong, I still would join their future events because you get to enjoy so many things and meet beauty enthusiaths like myself. I also would like my daughter to experience the fun. And as a Belle De Jour Planner owner and I truly proud of their positive look and empowerment for women.
