Personal| The March That Was for Mamanee

April has just made it's peak and I am sure that you have made plans already for the summer with the kids or maybe a long overdue me time vacay.

For me, it's been more a hectic month and I currently fully loaded with work. A full-time career mom is no joke, limited time with your kids and to yourself - I'm sure you agree right? I can't say that being a stay-at-home parent makes it any easier but I do sometimes miss those days.

This March, I could say I had a pretty good month, didn't get out much but here are some happy thoughts I'd like to share and remind myself that I should be grateful of the small things.

First. I got to meet new trainees and I challenged myself not to feel regret with the type of work I had chosen. Even though I would spend three extra hours in the office unpaid almost everyday because of the need to also help the trainers I was mentoring.

My first training class for the year that graduate last March 2015.

Second. I got to try belly dancing for the first time! Totally ticked it off from my bucket list.
Oh and my post was shared by the Goddess herself Jill Ngo!

Thank you Jill Ngo-Crisologo, for sharing my post! Kilig much lasses! :)What's made you kilig today?

Third. My little Bossing turned three! I had plans but then I fell sick. We celebrate with a cake but he looked happy and I hope we made him feel special.
He has no idea how happy I was to see him celebrate another year.

3 things to be grateful for. Not so big but it does leave a mark.

And now I wish to know what made you happy last March? Please tell me so. I would honestly be happy to read your story. Message me will you?

  1. You had a great month indeed. Though it's not on my bucket list, 'coz I don't have one, haha, I would love to try belly dancing.

  13. The most memorable event for me last March was when I won in a fitness challenge. Haha..lol. Considering my coach potato lifestyle with zero fitness activity I am able to pull off a gruesome 2 hours or so of zumba, hip hop and yoga. It was my first in years to exercise and I am happy I still can. Yipee. -Macy
