Mamanee's Funny Questions| Where's your horse?

I am too guilty that I collect boots. Yes, boots, i have several pairs, flat, heeled, short, long, ankle, nubuck and leather as well as a pair of rain boots.

A pair I wore to Blogapalooza.

Why? I have no idea, I just love them and I love that you can match boots with any mood or outfit.

I usually go to the office wearing a pair and what is the most common question I get asked?

"Hey, where's your horse?"

I usually answer "With your goat on the farm." Just to satisfy my amusement with their question.

Maybe I should prepare my own dummy questions for the specific pair of footwear that one is wearing, here we go and my sarcasm hahaha:

Flipflops:
"Where's the beach?"

Running shoes:
"Where's the track field?"

Doc Martens:
"Where's you other band members?"

DC's or Nike SB's:
"Where's your skateboard?"

Stiletto's:
"Where's your pageant?"

Yes and I could go on. So no, I wouldn't have ridden a horse going to the office would I? Because I don't want to leave it in the parking lot and it would get hungry without it's hay.

    1. I think the one I am most guilty of is: "Where's the cow that licked you hair so flat." Hahahahaha. Yeah we all have at one point. Lol

  2. LOL! I used to wear stilettos in the office and one of my colleagues would ask me this: "When's your coronation night?" Since then, I've been calling high heels the "coronation night shoes".

  4. Back in college, a classmate of mine came to class in workout clothes. Someone wanted to be smart cocky so he asked her "where's the workout?" She replied earnestly, "Fitness First". (She meant it) Turns out she was training for a fitness competition of some sort. And she actually won.

As for the smart ass, well...I really don't know how he reacted but he needed a bit of honing in the humor area. Obviously, it's not his area of gifting.

You go wear what you wanna wear, Mommy. ;)

  5. Hahaha! That was a funny post. I used to love boots too. But I no longer buy them now. I think the last time I wore boots was over ten years ago. It would be nice to own at least one pair though.

  6. He he he... I came to work one time wearing my thigh high black boots and they asked where my motorcycle was! I replied, I rode the batmobile. Yes I was channeling Catwoman. I also love boots and the only time I ever get to wear them is when it rains or when I am going out with my friends. Doncha worry they look awesome and not everyone can pull it off.
