Review| The Eastwood Richmonde Hotel

I’m so excited to share with you my experience staying at The Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, if you remember in my post about the Megaworld Social event, I was able to win a gift certificate for an overnight stay with buffet breakfast included.
I have been keeping the gift certificate in mint condition since I received it, and I have been so excited for the day to come. A stay-cation is something the kids and husband really needed.
The Eastwood Richmonde Hotel is situated in Libis, Quezon City specifically in the Township of Eastwood City. It is connected to Eastwood City Mall and Eastwood City Walk, which is bustling of restaurants and night life. It is also surrounded by business centers mainly comprised of BPO centers.
I have always seen the entrance but never been inside, as soon as we had alighted the cab we felt the first class customer service right away. We were greeted by the security and the concierge and our bags were taken to the reception area with a claim stub once we had confirmed our check-in.

I really loved the lobby and the beckoning of the comfy sofas, we also had a glimpse of The Eastwood Café where we would be enjoying our buffet breakfast.
We were handed our card keys to the room and the security was impeccable since you could not go to any guest floor unless you had a card key. The elevator required the card key before you press the floor number. The power in the room also required the card key.
Our room was located on the 32nd floor and we had a terrace but it was locked, and I am supposing for safety reasons since the railings did look a little low.
The room we had was a Superior Room with one double bed, a 42” LED TV with cable, a kettle with free coffee plus tea and a bath tub. I am highlighting these features because this is what we always look forward to when we check in to a hotel, call me a little shallow but I know that my kids will love it too.

The facilities was perfect for someone who is staying away for a while. There were appliances like an iron, ironing board, hair blower, DVD player and even an iPod dock which I was very tempted to take home hahaha.
The bathroom provided towels that were more than we needed, extra toilet paper, and your usual toiletries. Thank God for the bath foam!
The view from the room was more of the next door condominium buildings but it really did not bother me at all since it filled the room with ample amount of sunlight.

Our first day at the hotel was more of getting the Bossing a haircut and by going down to the lobby floor you get a connected entrance to Eastwood Mall so we could go to Cuts for Tots with ease, beats you having to leave the hotel altogether just to get a meal or do shopping especially in such warm weather, you also have access to Robinson’s supermarket which is located just across the hotel.
The bathroom was total heaven, hot and cold water at your fingertips, oh and you have a view of the bedroom while taking a bath! Haha, I found it convenient when the kids were taking a dip in the tub that I could see them while I was in the room to fix up.
In the morning, we got up early so we could experience the breakfast buffet. And we were so happy with the variety available. Let me allow your eyes to feast on the photos of food and imagine what happy tummies we had after. The bacon was to die for!

We saved the best part for last which was the pool, it is located on the 39th floor right next to the Fitness center. My kids squealed at the sight of the pool and I immediately felt that I was no longer in Eastwood City but at a high class resort.
The Eastwood Richmonde Hotel is the perfect place to stay if you are out of town, it is near to everything you will need for your stay and the facilities will make you feel at home.

  4. My family and I love having our staycations at Eastwood Richmonde because of its location--everything is there, but the area is not too busy (compared to staying in a hotel in Manila/Makati). I've taken many of my foreign clients to this hotel too and they always end up having a pleasant stay. :)

    1. And I thought I was the only one that felt that way about Makati hihi. I have the same thought, not a Makati area fan here.
