Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge Dessert Recipe

Is it just me, but I am super lazy recently and I have always wanted to make sure that my kids will get the best tasting dessert. But, can the dessert just make it itself please?

Good thing, there is this easy-peasy dessert that you can whip up in around 15 minutes and be ready under an hour!

My daughter just loves smores but the weather really didn't match our plans to fire up the pit outdoors and this was just the next best thing. I love how fudgy the chocolate was and it was not too sweet at at all. Better yet, I used Rebisco Grahams which does not crumble easily but you can break into pieces if needed, plus factor is that it is bigger than other brands! More dessert for us, yum!

So here, is the recipe and you can even make this with your kids!

Rebisco Grahams Marshmallow and Chocolate Fudge

  • 5 Pieces of Rebisco Graham Crackers (as long as the bottom of your pan or tray is filled)
  • 1 tbsp. Butter for Greasing of pan or tray
  • 1/2 Cup of Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Cream
  • Mini Marshmallows
Instructions:

1. Grease your pan/tray with butter.

2. Lay or place your Rebisco Graham Crackers at the bottom of your pan/tray.

3. Place mini marshmallows on top of crackers evenly with, set aside.

4. Melt chocolate chips in cream, once melted pour over the crackers and marshmallow.

5. Top with more marshmallows for decoration.

6. Chill in your fridge until set.

7. Cut then serve!
