Personal| How to love your job

Of course I'm not going to provide the actual 1,2,3 steps on how to. I'm definitely no expert. But sharing is always an effective way.

I've worked for the BPO industry for roughly 8 years, began as an agent and slowly got promoted until I found the position that suited me best.

I currently hold the position of a trainer for a very well known BPO. I have always loved teaching, I don't think I would be any better at any other position.

It's very hard to battle stress as well as to balance work and family and try to fit that in the small amount of hours that God has granted us but i anyway I need to love what I do as a trainer to make sure I still have the income to provide for my family.

I always appreciate the small things that my trainees do, coming in on time, listening even though some of the lessons are long making me feel appreciated.

A small note makes me feel so overwhelmed and last Friday I got a touching surprise...

Never had I though I could receive such appreciation for what I do. This is why it is important to love the job you have no matter how stressful or tiring it may seem, because when you do others will love you for it.
