Conceiving after the loss of my son Hutch became difficult for me, and it took years as well as a miscarriage before we got lucky with Dumpling.
After having a miscarriage I quit my bad habits which included smoking,drinking and irregular sleep patterns. Good thing that my husband also did the same.
I started eating much healthier and took vitamins to make sure that my body was healthy enough to accept a pregnancy.
Lo and behold, after 6 months we found I was pregnant!
During the pregnancy we also moved out of our very dusty along the road apartment then moved into a very much greener area in Marikina. Fresh air galore!Pregnancy should always be carefully thought of, since both mother and child should be able to sustain the 9 months that you both go through.
I also started an online diary of my pregnancy journey through tumblr.com that allowed me to interact with other expecting moms especially if I needed advice on pregnancy since I lived far away from my mom and stocked up on reading material for both Papatin and I.
Tips for those wanting to get pregnant or currently expecting:✅ Try to avoid unhealthy processed food, cook your food fresh and drink plenty of water.
✅ Smoking and drinking is a no-no.
✅ Consult you OB-Gyne for any uncomfortable feelings you are experiencing.
✅ Always keep happy thoughts! 😄
