Megaworld At The Fort | Live, Work, Play, Learn, and Shop!

"Everything is Accessible!"  This is what Andrew L. Tan (Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Compensation & Remuneration Committee, Alliance Global Group Inc. and Founder of Megaworld Corp.) aims for and part of the slogan of Megaworld Corporation's Township projects.

Megaworld is The Philippines' largest residential condominium developer and BPO office provider and landlord. They also pioneered the creation of township communities since 1997.

They have now launched the "LIVE-WORK-PLAY-LEARN-SHOP" lifestyle concept, and this has been seen in the country's first IT Park, Eastwood City. I have worked in Eastwood City since 2005 and back then there were only a few corporate buildings, condominiums and City Walk as the township Mall. I have seen this mini-city grow, and it now has Eastwood Mall which is one of it's main attractions and go to places for the BPO employees and Eastwood's residents. The BPO industry in Eastwood has grown even larger with the new MDC Building which holds one of the some of the biggest names in the BPO industry.

Megaworld has now taken the same concept of Eastwood City and has now placed this in McKinley Hill, McKinley West, Uptown Bonifacio, Forbes Town Center and Mactan Newtown in Cebu.

When we talk about LIVE, Megaworld wants to give only the best. During the Megaworld Goes Social Event, we were able to take a tour of the showrooms which included The Venice Executive Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. We were in total awe, you would usually know that condominiums would be relatively small and cramped up, but with the Venice it's spacious, including a large balcony. The want you to enjoy living in a space which provides you comfort, and being able to wake up in a space which you could be proud of with being able to have all your needs in one community.

The township projects of Megaworld wants to give you the ability not to have the need to look any further for employment. Imagine working in the same neighborhood, no more traffic jams, no mare hassle of commuting and being late for your shift. You can literally take a walk to the office, and be part of one of the top companies or BPO's. This is the WORK concept.

PLAY young and old, everyone needs a breather, way to stay healthy with fitness, leisure time and dining. Emperador Stadium at McKinley Hill gives you the luxury of 15,000 square meters of a football field, Still in McKinley Hill there is the Blue Leaf Forbes town center which can hold the most elegant of Manila's Events, and Forbes Town Center has 37 restaurants to offer for your taste buds delight. In every township project it gives you the ability, to dine, relax and have fun.

Those that have children have the priority of finding a community which is nearby to schools, and this has all been taken care of with the LEARN concept. You get top-notch schools like Chinese International School and Korean International School Philippines.

Like every woman's best friend SHOP would be the favorite concept! I hate the rush of traffic during pay-day and the Christmas Holidays, wouldn't it be a breeze if you could just walk to a Mall that provides only the best stores and you can expect high-end commercial establishments from Megaworld.

Now this gives everyone to have a choice, instead of buying houses in far off areas in the north and south without the accessibility to nearby establishments, you can now live in the comfort of a community that offers everything you would need, whether you are a bachelor, bachelorette or a family member looking for the perfect place to live. you can everything you need in the heart of the bustling city you know and love.

With the concept of Live, Work, Play, Learn, and Shop, Megaworld has managed to change the image of condominium living and it's success can be seen with all the new projects that Megaworld has produced and is currently planning. Please watch the video below to learn more about Megaworld's Live, Work, Play, Learn, and Shop concept.
