I promised I would do a skin regimen but of course I am still failing in that area haha (NOT proud).
I was kilig-to-the-bones when I got invited to celebrate Bioessence's Best Seller Oxygen Ceutical's First Birthday by experiencing their 17 step facial. Yassss, 17 steps with 10 treatments! It really sparked my wonder on how this treatment would work for my skin overall.
Last Saturday, their Sta. Lucia branch was jam packed with customers and I sat down to wait for my turn for my 6:30PM appointment, what I noticed was how accommodating they were with every customer that came in, there was a buzz of being busy but they still made an effort to smile. I felt I was sitting in a living room with relatives, they were speaking freely with their customers and there was a buffet of food for their customers to enjoy. I was immediately offered, iced or hot tea - shame though that I just had a meal and the manager Ms.Verone gave me a couple of magazines to read and apologized sincerely for their busy day. I felt very at "home" because she never failed to ask how I was in between waiting. That really makes a customer feel valued.

I was then escorted to my "room" by Ana who gave me instructions on how what to do to prepare and also asked my comfort level with the pillow height. I was thinking, woah - they even think of pillow height? Honestly, I like high pillows so that definitely was a plus.
Ana, then introduced May, who would be facilitating my treatment. She smiled and even though I could feel she was tired she still managed to be very patient with how she did each step of the treatment where I was told by Ana that it would take 2 hours to complete it.
17 steps includes the facial treatments and the half-body massages (neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands).
The 10 treatments are comprised of the following:
1. Foam Cleanse
2. Two minute peeling mask
3. Fusion
4. Wet Exfoliation
5. Whitehead Removal
6. Photodynamic Therapy
7. Toning Gel
Ana, then introduced May, who would be facilitating my treatment. She smiled and even though I could feel she was tired she still managed to be very patient with how she did each step of the treatment where I was told by Ana that it would take 2 hours to complete it.

What I liked:
- Customer Service Professionals. Number one on my list. I always believe that it's the experience that makes you come back. Talking to their staff from the attendants to the Manager was a delight, now I understand why their Sta. Lucia branch was jam-packed. They really valued my time. May was superb, light handed (perfect!) and she was open to conversation.
- Facilities. My treatment was done in an enclosed room, so there was definitely privacy. It was a total spa experience with comforting piped-in music.
- Organized. I liked how from entry to exit. They know what to do, no scurry and you feel relaxed leaving the place.
- The ACTUAL treatment procedure. Hands down to Oxygen Ceutical. If you are looking for that grand "me-time" experience, this is the one to name. 2 hours of taking care of yourself, is time well spent.
What could have been better:
- Is there? So you may think of me being a little biased at this point but seriously, and honestly - it is hard to pick out any. I observed the other customers as well and by the way they interacted, they were satisfied. I mean heck, even their magazines were updated. I wasn't handed a ripped-dilapidated-old-forced magazines like the one's you get in some salons.
Overall Thoughts:
If you have the the money to save up for this, I would honestly suggest this treatment because it is absolutely worth it!! But if I was asked why I would return, it's because of the excellence in customer service that the staff displayed. How did my face feel after? Plump and smooth.

DeleteI gotta agree, even if the spa or any establishment has great equipment and all but lacks customer service, that's a big NO for me. There's a lot like that! Yung mga attendant ang susungit pero yung may-ari mabait. Hehe but anyway, as I've seen on the photos, your skin looked great after! Nag-brighten sya :) What I love during facials is yung mask kasi malamig sa mukha hehe! ;)

DeleteTo be honest, i haven't try any facial treatment. I'm scared that my face will become worst. I've heard some stories that pimples will come out and my friend also discourages me.
