John Lloyd Cruz Appears in After 2 Years In this Newest Endorsement, Is he finally Coming Back to the Limelight?

Ever since John Lloyd's hiatus from the show business industry back in 2017, we have recently been seeing photos of this matinee idol resurfacing.

The once effective endorser and most bankable actors of the Philippine cinema has proven again how much his loyal fans have been waiting for him to return. A few weeks ago, Turk's released a teaser video on Facebook, mostly showing shots of Cruz from the back and this has already been viewed 3.2M times, and with almost 800 shares. Fans assumed that it was him the teaser video and even actress Bea Alonzo posted a screenshot on her Instagram account.

Last Monday, Turks finally revealed the video of John Lloyd Cruz showing him walking through different destinations. The video is simple, yet with a little drama with it's creation and in a subtle shot, we see the actor stop to take a bit of a Turks Pita Donner.

In the Turks video entitled "Ang Nagbabalik", we see a rugged version of the actor which is far from his guy-next-door image and many are asking if this is the signal of his return to the limelight.

The Turks President, Gem L. Zenaros reveals that during his conversations with Cruz, showbiz career or plans did not come up. Mr. Zenaros adds that he has great confidence in the actor and this led to his choice to get him as the latest ambassador for Turks.

“I am really grateful that John Lloyd trusts our company, he is a brilliant and very creative young man. Aside from acting we have discovered some of his remarkable talents,” Zenarosa stressed.
Cruz has shown that he is recreating himself and exploring different grounds, which Turks believes in as a way to keep it's customers excited whenever they visit a branch. Turks has also just released their newest offering which is Turks Rice Bowl, which is a complete meal for only 50Php, for a choice of either beef or chicken. On the other hand, the Small Pita Doner is only 35Php each.
