Christmas Handaan Pancit Canton Recipe with Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce

My family and I celebrate all special occasions on our roof deck and this Christmas I want to make it special for them by cooking Special Pancit Canton with Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. 

What I like about Mama Sita’s Oyster sauce is that it is made from real Oysters and all-natural seasoning and spices so that our Christmas handaan becomes special and mas ma elevate ang sarap ng iyong Christmas dishes!

Let me share our special Pancit Canton with Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce recipe:


1 tsp  Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce

1 pouch Mama Sita's Chopsuey/Pancit Canton Mix, dissolved in 1 cup (250ml) water

3 tbsp Oil

1 pc Onion, sliced

100 g Chicken Liver

1 pc Carrots, sliced

100 grams Baby Sweet Corn

250 grams fish balls 

1 pc Broccoli Baguio, chopped

5 pcs Mushroom, sliced

1 cup 250ml Water


1.In a heated wok, sauté the onions and vegetables.

2. Add dissolved Mama Sita’s Chopsuey/Pancit Canton Mix, and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce.

3.Add one cup water and increase heat.

4.Add the pancit canton, cover, simmer and cook until noodles are tender. Then, set aside.

5.Lightly fry chicken liver then remove from pan and set aside.

6.Fry pork until golden brown and set aside. 

7.Fry Fish balls until golden brown and set aside.

8.Chop Parsley for garnish. 

9.Assemble noodles first in dish, followed by vegetables, top with chicken liver and pork. Lastly, garnish with Parsley.
