My daughter and I tried out the lessons and I really loved Slow you Down by Ida Ramos and my daughter had so much fun with Hip hop for Kids by Liya Pamintuan. The lessons were easy to follow since they are pre-recorded. We can take the lessons without pressure, we can pause, rewind and review the content when we need.
My daughter and I both had so much fun doing taking the lessons! We also did stretching together which helped us to bond.
